- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The main from desk receptionistsare friendly (two young girls). I came in after being out and I forgot my health card. The main desk receptionist said that was ok, I literally live across the street and could have ran home, but was told it was fine. I proceeded to go sit in the waiting area. There is a senior older lady who works behind the two receptionist. They got her to look up my car card. As I was seated in waiting area I could hear the receptionist with her back to me gossiping about me, complaining about me not having my care card. This is very unprofessional and made me feel horrible. I did go over and say something. I work as a nurse and I would never trash a patient, let alone out in broad view for everyone to hear.by Danielle LabuikJuly 14, 2017
