  My family doctor moved to this location and anytime I try to book an appointment or go get test results of even standard check ups I can never get in because his hours are so ridiculous! Not open say or Sun. The clinic opens at 9 but doctors don't start till 1030!! The clinic closes at 5 but the last patient is at 4.... So I have to take a whole day off of work just to seer you... No thanks. Lets also talk about reception, never accommodating, ride and short with you on the phone. Don't get me wrong not all are like this but I say 80% of the time I call this is what I get. To say the least I am changing doctors. It has been 3 years but I am tired of this kind of service and lack of hours.

  I see Dr Debs I followed him here and I absolutely love him. He has been so helpful and patient in finding and changing my meds and what works for me. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff is amazing. Thank you Dr Debs.

  Terrible customer service. I booked my first appointment here last week. They called me only half an hour before my appointment and cancelled on me. The doctor was leaving early and they couldn't accommodate me. I asked them why they couldn't have given me more than a half hour's notice, and they couldn't answer. They also did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience, not even an apology. Not happy.

  This was the worst doctor-patient experience I have ever had. After waiting over half an hour to see Dr. Das I was belittled and questioned excruciatingly after asking for a simple blood test. The blood tests were suggested by my naturopathic doctor in order to rule out certain causes for symptoms I am currently experiencing. After answering the question "why do you even need this" over and over I was finally able to get the blood test. However not everything that was suggested by my ND was even checked off. I will never be back here. Terrible experience.
