  *Update* They did get back to me on this issue and am very happy with how they resolved it. I went here recently for a hot stone massage, I can't speak for any of their other services but I won't be back. My massage was 60mins, she asked me some questions so by the time I was in the room and she started the massage it was 10mins late. She still ended at the massage at 10am so I paid $140 for a 50min massage. The massage was far from relaxing, room was cold, she was loud with the rocks (sounded like she was in a drawer looking for something) and at the end of the massage I could hear water running which I can only assume was to clean the rocks when I was still lying there. I could also hear people in the room next to me. Spend an extra $20 and go to Riverside Spa it's well worth the $20 for the atmosphere and facilities. I'm shocked they charge $140, when you are at that price point there are expectations and they weren't even close to being met....I provided them with feedback and she indicated she would notify the owners. I never heard anything back to try and rectify the situation so I'm letting other people know my experience.
