  Very Profesional and compassionate staff. With an appointment they always seem to pretty fast at getting you taken care of. You can not make an appointment for x-ray but most times I have been there you out in 30 minutes or less. 8am opening time is generally the fastest time of day.

  I had a fine experience with Canada diagnostic center during my first trimester ultrasound at 12 weeks, the staff were friendly, the tech was helpful. Unfortunately i went back for my 19 weeks scan, the next day my family dr. called me saying that my baby's nuchal fold was above normal (6.8mm) and it should be under 6mm and that is a soft marker for down's syndrom and other genetic abnormalities. I was TERRIFIED i couldn't sleep at night, i asked my doctor to refer me again to Canada diagnostic center to repeat the nuchal fold measurements because i was sure the tech was under stress during the scan ( she didn't even show us the gender clearly). I called them with the doctor requisition to repeat the NF measure and they said "no, we are confident about our measurements and we will give you the same numbers!". Next day i went to EFW for a complete scan and the NF measured 4.2mm! (Thank God!) My baby measurements were normal! I spent 3 days stressed out, sleepless and crying all day, putting my baby under stress too just because of a wrong measurement by a Canada diagnostic tech...i wont go back there again for my scans. Please, a mom's heart can't handle such a mistake!
