- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Their reception was extremely unaccommodating and was not very understanding when I called to try to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency. They said "so why are you calling us you missed your appointment" Then she further said I had to call two weeks prior to to confirm. I explained well what happens if no one answers like last time? you are going to cancel my appointment? She furthered with a Yes, so call two weeks before and hung up the phone.
