Dr. Gage is pleasant and patient in explaining in detail the proposed treatment plans. Appointments are always punctual so no undue waiting past appointment time. The staff are kind, helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. It is a pleasure to attend appointments in such a sanitary, organized, and relaxed environment. Myself, my son and daughter have all been under the great orthodontic care at Icon starting with Dr. Low and now Dr. Gage. The care has always been consistent, personable, knowledgeable and seamless. They truly care about their clients and about getting the best results possible. You never wait, you are always informed, they always know your name and you can always trust that they will do what is right and not try to hurry your service or treatment plan to get you 'off their books.'
