  Bought a personal hygiene devise there. When I got home I notice that the item had been opened. Also there where scratches' dirt on the device and frankly it looked used to me. The assistant manager said it had not that it was a display piece. Apparently the fact that at the very least this device was handled by other people and possible use London Drugs believes I should buy their product at retail and take all the risks! Thanks London drugs for wasting my time and my money. I would never put your used items to my body nor would anyone that found the same. Not to mention the sarcastic thank you after I was halfway out of there. This is what you get for giving them my business.

  Always get good customer service in the computer, electronics and camera departments. Never had a problem with price matching. If the store is sold out they have always been able to transfer the product from another store or tell me which store still has available stock.
