  It's just sad that they have lost my loyalty and trust. My friends and family were telling me from the very start to go somewhere else, to some other Dental Clinic, instead of this one for so many reasons. One of the many reasons is being "pricey", but I was so stubborn and wanted to try M S Galiza Dental Clinic thinking that maybe they have a superb customer service due to that costly charges. And so I did. The first two or three appointments were okay, not until the disaster of yesterday's (Sept. 14, 2016) session happened. To cut the story short, They denied their negligence when I talk to them, although they were talking calm and polite during that confrontation, maybe because I was so calm and polite too. But somehow, they made me feel that I am a liar and just making up story. My day was ruined. I even lost the chance to get a Job because I was supposed to be in a Job Interview, but I decided to go to my family doctor instead to get proper medical advice and prescription.
