- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I enjoyed my experience at Natural Health Services. I first saw a Clinical Assistant who took my history and asked me a series of questions. She made me feel comfortable and was non-judgmental. The doctor was friendly and quick. I also had a great experience choosing my licensed producer with the bud genius who also helped answer a few questions I had. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am going to switch clinics after my last experience. These people don't value others' time. I showed up to a line of 20 people in a crammed room who were just waiting to check in with the receptionist! I had to wait over an hour and a half before I had to leave and I didn't even get to see my doctor due to commitments I made beforehand. As I understand, many people felt the same. There are serious logistic issues within this clinic that need to be resolved and until then I highly advise you look elsewhere in a calgary. There ARE other clinics offering similar services without the need to wait multiple hours just to see a doctor for a follow up appointment.by Ameen Y.August 06, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First time visit and everyone was very helpful! I didn't wait too long, even with the line up being as long as it was. Everyone working there was super accommodating and helpful. I only had a small amount of knowledge about medical marijuana. I saw Dr. Pearce, he was friendly and made the process easy. I then went to see the bud genius and I met Evan. He was very helpful in answering any questions I had, help me gain knowledge of what might be most useful for my symptoms as well as deciding on a dispensary.
