  Happy client over here! I came to optimum wellness with a questionable attitude about if chiropractic care actually works. I hurt my back at work and could barely walk without being in a lot of pain. Dr. Jennifer was able to help with my muscle strain and align my spine so there isn't as much pressure on the injured area. Now I can walk and hopefully soon go back to work. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Really I wouldn't look anywhere else.

  Speaking of the chiropractic treatment specifically, Optimum Wellness Centres Bowness is a great place to go for your family's chiropractic care. Both chiropractors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They always take the time to answer all of your questions and tell you what they're doing as they're doing it. For me, this greatly reduced my anxiety because I knew what was coming next and why. The support staff are awesome and will always work with you to find you an appointment that works for you or get you in on short notice because you wrenched your back lifting that heavy box and forgot to lift with your knees! Overall, OWC Bowness is an excellent place to go for chiropractic care whether you're five or 95!
