  Horrible! I needed a requisition to an OBGYN and for 6 weeks they couldn't get a response because they claimed their fax was broken! I finally just got into a high risk OBGYN and I'm now 28 weeks pregnant. Then my son needed a referral to a pediatrician. Again the same excuse. When I called 2 weeks after his appt to see if they've sent the requisition they told me their fax machine sometimes doesn't work. What kind of dr office is this?!?! I needed my son's referrals sent immediately to lock down a July appt. Now he can't get in to the pediatrician until September cuz the dr office screwed up or was too lazy! I shouldn't have to follow up and make sure a dr office is doing their job! Save yourself lots of grief and time ans go somewhere anywhere else!

  The most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. Their fax machines and printers are always breaking down. They do not send important documents to specialists on time and never follow through with what they are supposed to do. They love to give out medication so be careful and do your research.

  Dr. Docrat has been the most thorough and careful family physician that I have ever had (I'm in my late 60s). He has been excellent in requesting tests to confirm or clarify his diagnosis and monitors his patients by limiting renewals of prescriptions and always requests blood tests to confirm the effects. I have always had prompt attention to any health issue and have never had to wait days to see him. Usually an appointment can be found the same day or at least the next. Bottom line - I am a very satisfied patient and recommend him to my family and friends.
