  Today was my first time at the chiropractors, because I had avoided it for years . In a short time of being there I was very welcomed by Dr. Shepherd and his amazing team. He even handed be his card personally before I left . And even at 8am they seemed to be really enjoying their time! dr Matt (if I’m correct) was very calm and explained things very well . Let me ramble on about all of the falls that lead me here. And was able to help me understand what was going on way better than before .And not just cracking my back right away like I was nervous of (horror stories from friends ) he made sure I was ready with some movement and it was not bad at all. Katie at the front desk was all smiles ,which instantly made me feel like I was going to have a good experience. And it was quite affordable as well . The kinesiologist (if I’m correct) also made sure she asked me if i was ok half way through the shock therapy . And most people just want to get you in and out as soon as possible . Every one of their team members made it feel like they cared. So I hope this helps anyone that is nervous about going to a new place /or the doctors in general. Because I felt very welcomed , informed , and not nervous at all by the time I left . Not disappointed what so ever .

  I would for sure recommend them to anyone. I have spent the last 4 years battling chronic back pain and pumping my self full of painkillers daily just to function threw out my day. after the first consult. Which was free I might add. He did a round of treatment immediately after our initial consult and helped me almost instantly feel better. And then sent in a referral for further treatment and is helping with more then just my pain. I walked out of there truly smiling inside. And felt more relief then I have in 4 years. And have gone back since and plan to continue with Jay until I finally have my life back. I feel as if jay and his staff take a personal interest into each individual that goes in there. And there steps to recovery. And for me personally I find that pretty amazing. 5 stars for sure

  When I first attended I could not even move my right hand behind my right hip, now I can place it between my shoulder-blades. I was suffering chronic and acute pain and unable to keep my arm extended even to hold the steering wheel while driving. The care given was excellent, the attitude of each and every person employed in this clinic is amazing. From Jay himself, to all his practitioners, to his front office staff the approach is positive, welcoming, professional and helpful. A huge thank you to Jay, Matt, Roberta, Katie, Mike and others there. If you need chirpractic therapy got here, you wont be disappointed. Richard P.
