  I’m not the type of person who writes reviews, in fact this is my first, but was so impressed with Dr. Eileen Lo that I had to write this review. I came to Shine Orthodontics based on a recommendation from one of her students, after the consultation and then meeting with two other Orthodontist I chose Dr. Lo, because she explained everything and her knowledge was evident, and she was comfortable and easy to relate to. I’m happy to say not only did she prove my correct on my initial feelings about her knowledge, patient professionalism, and fit with my daughter and me, she surpassed them. Over the past 2 years of this journey I have had to deal with a teen who had some dislike and resistance along the way and Dr. Lo was able to relate and help my daughter and me through the more challenging parts. I would say from a technical aspect she is tops in her profession but the priceless part is her ability and true nature for caring for her patents and this is a rare trait that sets her apart. I’m more than confident any parent that choses Dr. Lo will not only agree with this but be a fan.

  Dr. Eileen Lo and her wonderful team transformed my daughter's mouth and we are very pleased with the results. My daughter had a crossbite and the process was lengthy, but Dr. Lo fixed it and now my daughter has a big, beautiful, beaming smile. I highly recommend Shine Orthodontics. The staff are amazing and treated us like family!
