  Dr. Bruce is the best! The staff is always friendly and I've never had any issues getting an appointment. I usually book my next appointment each time I am in without ever having a problem and if you need to get in sooner than expected they do their best to accommodate you. I don't understand why people who have never been to this clinic feel the need to leave a negative review based on the fact that they couldn't get an appointment - seems petty. I would 100% recommend Sundance Chiro!

  I woke up with a stiff neck. I am in so much pain, and I can't move. I live a few blocks from Sundance Chiropractic. The lady was very rude, with zero sympathy for my situation. She made no effort to get me an appointment on a day when no other chiropractic offices are open (Sunday). I can't believe how cold she was on the phone. They either need to hire new reception staff, or work on having better customer service across the board. Follow up: I did not hang up on her and no one ever told me it would take an hour. I was not on the phone when she asked you to stay an extra hour. I called first thing in the morning, giving you ample opportunity to try and fit me in. Maybe today's appointment could have been quick and I could come tomorrow for an hour. The receptionist did not say she could fit me in tomorrow morning... it was tomorrow afternoon. I'm sorry if I have offended you, but again, the customer service was lacking. Have a nice day.

  My wife and I have had a few different Chiropractors in Calgary over the last decade. They all were pretty good. But a few years ago we needed to find new Chiropractor as our last Chiropractor moved on. We found Sundance which was almost an hour from our home, but we gave it a try, and we are very happy. Dr. Symons is professional and knowledgeable. What makes him stand out for us is he does not just go through the same routines visit after visit. He is highly engaged. He takes time to see how we are doing in each of our visits and address any specific issues we may have that week as well as he references our info from previous visits keeping track of our overall Chiropractic wellness. Well worth the drive.
