  Previously I gave this pharmacy 5 stars. Our top 3 things to look for in a pharmacy are (1) friendly knowledgeable staff, (2) timely regular phone call reminders for refills and renewals, and (3) availability of other useful home health care items in the store. In the past year I would say that our experience with the customer service has declined; the staffing seems to change often, and the gentlemen who run the pharmacy are rarely there. At one point we relied on our pharmacists at this location to call us with reminders to order and pick up refills (we have monthly recurrent prescriptions), as well as a heads-up when our prescriptions needed to be renewed (rather than telling us when we come in to pick up the other orders). For the past 9-10 months we have had to manage those things ourselves. In addition, when we arrive to pick up our family prescriptions we often have to re-explain the order to the person at the counter, and they are often confused about what we are looking for. I usually like the people I meet who work at the pharmacy, but I am disappointed with the declining level of service.

  I started getting prescriptions here because it was near my doctor. I don't go to the same doctor anymore, but I still get my prescriptions here because they have incredible service and great prices. If they don't have the prescription you need in stock at one location, they will find it and deliver it to your home within a day. It's the kind of personable, responsible, customer-focused service that has gone out of style in most businesses.
