  one in waiting room and 30 minutes behind appointment time. I understand waiting when it is busy...but if you can't meet the appointment time tell us at time of check in that your running way behind so we don't keep waiting and then after 30 minutes have to walk out with out ever having seen dr and wasting that time. If there was a ton of people I could have guessed they were behind schedule and reacted accordingly, but a little advance notice would be considerate

  I was given the wrong prescription and the office hours are not correct. When I showed up at 5:30 the staff told me they were closing but would quickly see me even though all the signs say there open until 7. I have eczema on my hands and needed prescription cream for it. When I went to the pharmacist I was told what he wrote was a spray for your scalp and I wouldn't even be able to use it on my hands. Went to go back to have it fixed but they closed early again. Signs and website say there open until 7 but staff are leaving/ closing early. Luckily the pharmacist felt bad was nice enough to correct it and give me cream for my hands. I wouldn't go back. I saw the reviews and went anyways cause I didn't think someone could mess up hand cream. I was wrong.
