  I had positive experiences with Woodcreek Dental Care for many years now. The reception staff greet you in a very friendly manner. The dental assistants are friendly, professional, gentle and kind. Michelle, the manager is simple a fantastic person. She, too is kind and caring. Somehow she always makes me smile. And let me tell you about the STAR of the clinic, Dr. Hartley. He is a true professional. He is skilled and has a wonderful way of making you feel relaxed and safe. Dr. Hartley has a wonderful sense of humour. He truly cares about his patients and his passionate about giving his patients a positive experience.

  My experience at Woodcreek Dental was pretty good! Since I have had a few negative experiences in the dentist chair in the past, I often feel tense when getting treated for a new issue. Dr. Hartley put me at ease and definitely knew what he was doing. He was efficient and he took great care in the work he was doing ( I had a couple fillings). Also, in the past, any time I have ever had a filling, I have always had to go back more than once to adjust the filling. Dr. Hartley got it right the first visit, which I really appreciated because it takes me a long time to get there. I am willing to travel a long way, even in Calgary, for a great dentist! I think he is really good at what he does. I didn't even experience any pain after. That's what usually happens. Overall, I was very happy I started seeing him.

  Woodcreek dental provides the best customer service experience that I have received anywhere. They know you by name and get to know your family. They are willing to work out payment options for you and sit down with you to go through your experience. They listen to your concerns about your teeth and do what they can to make sure you are comfortable. Ask for Jessica to be your hygienist as she will painlessly clean your teeth and not lecture you. I also used sedation dentistry to have my wisdom teeth removed and I was walked through the whole process, and it was a great experience to wake up having all my dental work done with no pain. They are always happy and non-judgemental. 5 stars!

  My family and I have been seeing Dr. Hartley and his team ever since we moved to the Woodcreek Community 10 years ago. All I need to say is that my husband and I will never switch dentists and they have the gentle touch and patience that is required to deal with my young children as well. We love them!
