- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am certainly not surprised to see this company with such a low raiting. I was in a non-fault car accident over a month ago that I have not been able to resolve. Over the last 10 days I have called my claims "representative" several times a day looking for an update and he has not answered his phone, called me back or replied to emails. I have spent over an hour on hold waiting to talk to anyone at all and not gotten a single person. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
