- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst experience I've ever had with a broker. They lied to me and my husband for 2 months. Saying they were going to lower our rate and get us a refund for the insane amount we are being charged. We had to talk to 4 different agents there until finally we learned the truth that nothing was changing with our account. If they would have told us nothing was going to change then we could have prepared for it. But instead they lied.
