- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service. Luckily we haven't had to file a claim yet, but we are fearful if and when we have to. Whenever we try to contact them it takes at least 1-2 weeks for them to respond AND we have been assigned to 3 different agents over the last year.
