- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My doctor referred me to Derm.ca as I noticed my hair was thinning. She told me that she didn't have much knowledge on it but that they would be able to help to determine the cause and give me more information. When I arrived at the clinic they had me wait 45minutes before seeing someone. When I finally was brought in a nurse asked me if I was a vegan which I replied with no. From this point forward she didn't ask me anymore questions or even bothered to look at my scalp. What she did do is begin trying to sell me very expensive procedures! She gave me no information or even tried to help identify the cause just tried to sell me expensive procedure . I wasn't even seen by Dr. Alanen !!!
