- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The reason why I am giving this place a 1 star rating is because of the technician. The clerk at the front Adrian and Dr. Anand are both awesome 100%. After going through a bunch of eye exams at the technician's office, I spotted a cold water machine. Because the temperature is 28 degrees, and because I have waited for a long time, and because the office is exposed to the sunlight rays coming in from the transparent glass ceiling of the mall, I was thirsty. So I told the technician: can I please have a cup of water ? She replied: sorry, it's for staff only ! I WAS UTTERLY SHOCKED ! 150 dollars for doing some useless tests that I know I don't need (I am a medical student) for a healthy person who is in his twenties (just ripping off insurance money) and a cup of water is too much to ask ? REALLY ! I told her: are you sure ? She kept looking back and forth at me and the cold water machine like she is hesitating to give me a cup of water. And then she said: "yeah, it's staff only" !!! Wow. Really just WOW. I mean I am not even talking about the quality of medical care I received. This is a whole new low !
