- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took my dad there for an appointment today. Was told that my father had missed a previous appointment and thus needed to pay $25 dollars. I attempted to pay with a debit card but the receptionist said that they only accept cash. There is no signs in the clinic that indicate this beforehand. I asked if there was an ATM around as I didn't have any cash on me. Was told that the only one that was available was in Sunridge mall. The receptionist then proceeded to say that we could pay on our next appointment date. Waiting an hour in to see Dr Goel only too be called back up by the receptionist (after an hr of waiting already) to be told that I would have to drive to sunridge mall to get cash. They seem to have a monetary value on their time but have no regards to the value of their customers time. I have no idea what the Doctor Goel is like but anyone running their business like this does not deserve any business. Absolute waste of time.by Fazal MonirSeptember 28, 2017
