  Please beware of this Dentist, I went in as a new patient with very little problems. Dr. Nowak briefly looked over my teeth and said I had 7 cavities, required braces. I was drawn out a road map of all the work required and it was going to cost me thousands and many visits to the Dentist. Went and got a second opinion, was told I have 2 cavities and don't require the major work prescribed by Dr. Nowak, on top of that I had teeth cleaning and never given the polish or fluoride all the hygienist did was pick out and floss my teeth. Also they told me that I had to come back twice for cleaning on two separate days and the practice never told me that it is per hour not per visit so they billed my insurance two times over $300 each time, this practice are crooks and would never recommend this practice to anyone. The practice also sticks mirrors in your mouth to take pictures and felt very uncomfortable with glass mirrors going in my mouth and told them I don't want this done they said well it has to be done. On top that I have outstanding balance with them and Michel approached me one day in the food court demanding money and said how is this fair, what a bunch of crooks. Beware

  My husband and I have been going to Dr. Novak for many years. She is an excellent dentist and I feel safe and comfortable with her. All the staff are friendly, very efficient and overall feel like family to us. The only reason I am not giving a five star rating is that we are finding our dental bills becoming more expensive, which is difficult financially, as we don't have any dental insurance.
