- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Been banking with them for a few years, and have always received good, friendly customer service here. The one issue I've had is that a lot of things (like opening an account) are actually handled in Vancouver or downtown, causing unnecessary delays for something that someone in the branch should be able to do easily.
