  When you get in and actually see Braden it is wonderful. The problem is getting in for your actual appointment. On many occasions I get called at the last minute and my appointment is cancelled. When I say last minute, I even had times when I am pulling in the parking lot. There was one time when the appointment was cancelled and reschedule three times in a week. Today my husband showed up for his scheduled appointment and the office is closed. Nobody around and nobody answering the phone. He may be a great dentist, but the service is terrible.

  Very, very poor administration. They seem to be gone now, probably bankrupt. It started with little things, like how they would tell me and my partner that we needed to re-do our (less than 5 years old) fillings, or when my partner had to go back twice to get her orthodontic wire re-glued because they couldn't do it right. And they would charge for it. And try to tell you you need another x-ray, and another because the last one was not panoramic, etc. They always seemed to be chasing after money. Then one day they "forgot" to charge me for an exam, I didn't notice because I had several other things done, and they came back 6 months later saying I owed them money. It was all the wrong amounts, thank goodness I kept all my receipts to double-check. That was almost 3 months ago. I've been trying to reach them to pay the money I owed to be fair to them. I walked over there a couple of times, but they disappeared. No answer on the phone, the clinic is always closed. Oh well. Not a huge loss.
