  I've been coming to this Iris since it first opened and I've always had the best experience. The staff is friendly and always there to help answer any questions as well as provide me with the best advice as to what glasses or contacts will work the best and they've always been spot on! Not only am I a loyal customer but my whole family as well, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and real honest advice. Thanks Iris I will be back :)

  We came in and worker 1 was on the phone. She kept asking for repeats, as phone call 2 was ringing loudly. Customer 2 came in. Worker 2 came in, took off coat and offered to assist Customer 1. We left... NEVER going back there. Very lousy customer service. If I were Customer 2, I would have used manners and pointed to people ahead of me. Worker 1 could have used hold for both phone calls, or pointed out to Worker 2 that we were here first. Worker 2 could have asked who was first.

  Excellent service! The front staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Dr. Chaudhury is excellent and thorough. It's my second pair of glasses with them. They often have good promotions. I will definitely go back.
