My mom has been a customer for 38 years and they are treating her like trash! She is switching auto and house insurance immediately. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been with Johnson with 7+ years. The call agents for claims/account handlings are very helpful and resourceful on the phone. Most are also very polite and friendly. The first accident forgiveness was a big bonus for when I got in a collision 4 years ago. I recently had another collision and have begun to experience issues with this firm. The claims department is much ruder, unfriendly and at times they feel rushed or unconcerned with details you are looking in to. It is definitely been a pouring more salt into the wound experience. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible terrible service. Avoid this company!! Called asking for an auto quote and he pretty much told me to try somewhere else. I insisted on getting a quote just to compare to other insurers. With hesitation he proceeded to get my information from me. Then after 2 questions he basically said, yea we aren't going to be able to give you a better rate, try RBC.
