  As an avid runner, I often would get little aches and pains that seemed innocuous. Eventually I had a calf pain that wouldn't subside and went to Lifemark for treatment. Sarah (MPT) was very thorough and methodical in her assessment of the root cause and was able to cure my ailment in 2 treatments. I've continued to see Sarah throughout pregnancy for lower back pains where treatment and posture suggestions have been beneficial. Very professional and courteous staff at Lifemark Village Square.

  I've been seeing Dr. Michael Westaway for physio for many years now and there is a reason why I continue to return. Dr. Mike always makes you feel welcome and he has a great knowledge of how to pinpoint the injury and how to get you back into shape in a timely manner. He's honest and very understanding. The rest of the staff is always very pleasant to deal with as well. I'd highly recommend this Lifemark location and it's staff to anyone. Special thanks to Dr. Mike for all the exceptional help he's provided me with and to the rest of the staff for the pleasant experience!
