  I just had the worst experience recently with this clinic. They just made a big mess with my tooth after placing a crown. I was better with no pain before but as soon as they placed the crown my nightmare started. I am having that awful toothache for more than 2 weeks now. All they took is my money, time and gave me lots of pain and hassle. Would not recommend anyone. We go to the doctors to feel better and cured not to bring the pain in exchange to lots of money. My crown has the biting problem, means it is not properly adjusted with my bite. But when i went with the bad toothache, I was so surprised that Dr. Lee didn't check my tooth even for once. Instead, recommend to do the root canal which was not covered by my insurance and i had to pay $1500. But now what, I still have that pain. And the doctor in the first place didn't explain me the whole process. I already had root canals and crown from other clinics. Never had pain after the treatment. I am so very disappointed with their service. And why Dr. Lee didn't check and tried to adjust my bite, I still can't understand. She needs to be more professional.

  I've been to different dental clinics in Calgary and this is by far the best! The dental staff is great, especially Ellen!!!! She never rushes and she makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied before you leave. I witnessed her patience when training a new staff. I'm happy she'll be there for all my upcoming appointments. The clinic is beautifully designed. Shout out also to Tracy from the reception! You are awesome!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!
