- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Really cold and depressing environment - the staff didn't seem to be engaged in their work and the doctor, although professional, was quite cold and seemed more focused on selling me things for my dog rather than explaining the benefits and walking through what he was doing. He also continued to mistake my male dog for a female throughout the appointment.
