  My children have been attending this clinic for 16 & 14 years respectively. All of the caring, knowledge doctors at this office has ALWAYS put the needs of my children first. I could not ask for more. Yes, there are occasionally delays before an appointment but those are due to the NEEDS of the child or children before us. I am always confident when it is our turn we will not be rushed through and we will be given all the time my children need. Absolutely, the only office I would take my children to.

  If I could give a lower rating i would! What a disgusting, deplorable service! We waited over a month for an appointment. We live in a rural wheatland country . Wer hit construction while coming into Calgary which delayed us. I received a phone call not once but twice from the office advising if their strict bookings. I knew I could not make it thru the construction to their office in 20 mins. I already drove an hour. They did not care in the least. They told me I wouldn't make it and I was being billed a late fee!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT ABOUT THE CARE OF THE CHILDREN BUT RATHER $$$$$$$ HUNGRY. They stand for everything wrong in the childcare system. Sickening. I will be spreading this to more than 30 000 followers I have. NEVER GO THERE

  One of the Dr.'s at this clinic, let's know that on an x-ray of our 7 month old son, signs of cystic fibrosis were apparent and told us we would be trying to get into a program that specializes with this. A week later we called in to find out why we had not yet been contacted and to find out how long getting into this program would take (as we are beside ourselves with worry) we found out that the Dr. was on vacation and that would have to wait to find out how long the process would take. Three weeks later we found out that the paperwork was sent away after she had return from her time away. I find this personally unprofessional and lacking concern for my son's well being. Anyone having concern to their child's health I would encourage you to find some other clinic that cared.
