  Had to cancel my auto insurance with them. The problems were as follows: 1. They increased my premium without notifying me, then pulled out the money. Additionally, the withdrawal was made almost two weeks after it was supposed to come out. 2. They never sent me my insurance card to drive with, despite me requesting one twice (I shouldn't even have to request it, I pay nearly $500 dollars a month the least they could do is send me my slip). There are no excuses, since I insured my motorcycle through them last year under the same address and I got my slip within two weeks. 3. Since they increased my premium without notifying me, I had to cancel the insurance since I could not trust them to do business in a proper manner. I believe it was Colleen I spoke to on the phone while doing this, and she assured me that the cancellation will be processed. Well today more than two weeks later I call to confirm that it was cancelled (the withdrawal comes out tomorrow) well lo and behold no cancellation was processed and now I have to go to my bank to block the withdrawal. 4. While cancelling today, I was on the phone with Lynn. She consistently spoke over me on the phone, raising her voice while I was trying to speak. Also, I uttered the words "Jesus Christ" since I was getting quite upset at the situation, and she began to correct my language and lecture me about how we are "conducting business" and to be more courteous. Well Lynn, since we are conducting business I suppose you should have sent me my insurance slip two months ago when I insured my car, since that is included in what I receive for my $486/mo payment, right? God forbid I got pulled over god knows they would not pay the ticket for not showing the slip. 5. There is a cancellation fee, however they were unable to tell me how much the cancellation fee was, so I just have to wait and find out when they pull it from my account. Exciting! It's a shame, since Paul is generally very professional and easy to deal with. It seems like everybody else in his office is incompetent, or downright rude to clients. If you value your sanity, get your insurance somewhere else.
