  SUPER BAD COMPANY !! WORST SERVICE YOU COULD EVER GET . 1- WITH OUT ANY REASON MY $250 monthly quote went up to $400... GIVING ME SOME STUPID REASON THAT MAKES NO SENSE WHAT SO EVER . 2- just to talk to a representative they will transfer you at least 3 times . transferring you to calgary and Edmonton back and and forth just in order to talk to someone. plus they expected Me to pay $800 out of no where. they would always raise my price for no reason and expect me to pay in full. now they're asking me for $900 or else they'll cancel my quote. overall I had a really bad experience with them. please, I advise you not to go with this insurance company. nothing but crooks that only want your money.

  I agree with other reviewers, this is one of the worst insurance companies to deal with. The adjuster had to speaking etiquette, and I was asked to pay for rental car after having the coverage while my car was in the shop getting fixed. - I was told it is not covered when it clearly states in my documents it is. I have already switched, do yourself a favour and switch to another provider.

  I recently had some billing issues that were quite confusing. When I spoke with the billing department, they took their time making sure I was fully satisfied by the end. I never expected to receive a refund, but as the billing agent explained insurance companies have compassion as well. Regardless of other reviews, I know I can trust peace hills to take complaints very seriously and have them resolved asap. If it wasn't for a cheaper rate, I would still be with peace hills!
