- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have always used Shoppers Drug Mart to fill my prescriptions, even when I lived no where near one. The quality of customer service always outweighed the inconvenience of travel -- up until now. I have had numerous disappointing experiences with this pharmacy team. Upon filing a complaint I was contacted by the manager who was unapologetic and content with placing the blame on me -- it was my fault.
