  Myself and my son both had procedures on different days and we experienced nothing less then the best the staff was pleasant and helpful and dr bureau was kind and made me feel at eez even with my anxiety of the dentist I feel he was understanding and calming. Yes I would recommend him to friends and family.

  Absolutely terrible service, paid a large fee out of pocket for a consultation to sit in a room for 20 mins and be told they won't do the procedure my dentist referred me for because I have piercings, totally shut down my requests for a waiver stating I take full responsibility if anything were to happen because of them. You'd think in this day where piercings are highly popular that they'd be willing to work with them. I feel robbed, would not recommend to anyone, you'd be better off going somewhere with a bit of compassion that's actually willing to help you and not just take your money. On top of the money issue, the i've never felt so uncomfortable having to deal with anyone than the reception staff here, the woman I was dealing with was beyond rude.
