- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Would give zero if it were an option. They LIE, THREATEN and hold you accountable for mistakes they make. They screwed up my account and a year later tried to get $1500 form me. Spoke to ombudsman office, they agreed I did nothing wrong and should not be held accountable for their mistake. Thought the situation was settled but another year later they came back after me again threatening my credit score if I don't pay $1500. I was a client for 15 years and this is how I'm treated. Business should be forced to close I cannot do this so at least I took my business elsewhere and now am fighting this situation.by j popiuoyersDecember 22, 2016
