  DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE! I wouldn't recommend this office to ANYONE! I only went to this practice to get a requisition for my regular blook work for my thyroid levels and the location was beside my work, making it convenient for a lunch visit. My first visit, the Doctor came into the room, sat in her chair at her computer started clicking on her mouse and asked me what is the problem? She never made eye contact, introduced herself or the decency of a hand shake. After her sitting at her computer asking for my health card she just sat looking at my records for what felt like 5 mins of silence then asking the odd question of when and what..... The whole sit-down visit took about 7- 10 mins and the whole time she keep her eyes on her computer. I have no idea what she really looks like nor her name but, I have a good idea of her side profile! I was asked to have a sit on the exam table, which I felt very uncomfortable about as there was the impression of another person, at least she took notice of my body language and after a moment of me standing there she then suggested to change the cover. After my blood work and ultrasound I recieved a call from the receptionist, in fact it was the same day.... My words were "wow, I only had my work up today" she booked me for follow-up​, that afternoon. Then with 15 mins she called back to ask me to come in earlier.... I agreed to come in sooner. When I get there, the receptionist escorted me straight to the exam room no waiting. The Dr. Was already at her computer, face on the screen "what can I do for you today"? REALLY, your office called me! She clicked on the mouse looking for the results and all was good, then said the rest of the labs would be a couple more days..... (in my head).... WHAT!!! I did say to the Dr. "Why would you call me for a good report before my ultrasound​ results"? Why not wait to do both reports in one day?!?!?! After being there for two minutes I stood up and commented "you should have waited on all reports before calling me, especially if normal results, so we could have visited on everything". Unfortunitly a couple of things come to mind, 1. She had a cancellation, which I'm not surprised. 2. Her day wasn't booked and need to have something to bill for. I have yet to do the next follow up for my ultrasound with her but I'm looking to see if I can have the results sent to another Dr. Who can go over that with me, with someone who will give eye contact and proper communication. This Dr. Again is not someone I would recommend! I STRONGLY suggest to everyone...Find another office!
